How can I return a product?
You have three options in order to return a product:
- Return it using your own carrier
- Return it in our shop
- Return it using our carrier: You must contact us via email email@example.com, so we can organize the date and time when the parcel will be pick up. If it's possible, return the products on the same package that you received, following the instructions that we will provide you.
We will only accept returns of products that arrive on the same conditions that you received them.
You must include instructions, documents and packagings. In case you didn't send the original packaging its price may decrease. Reserva Natural will never return the payment of a product if it has been used or if its damaged. You must be really careful when your products arrive..
When can I return a product?
You have 14 days to return a product after you receive it.
Do I have to pay to return a product?
Returns are free of charge. You must keep in mind that:
- In the case of send it a postage due we will be authorized to charge you for any additional cost.
- If you return it via our carrier, we will discount the shipping fee from you return.
How will I receive my return?
Once your return is approved, you will receive the payment via the same payment method that you used in your purchase.
When will I receive my return?
After checking that the products are in perfect condition, you will receive an email confirmation saying that you money will be returned after a few days.
The payment on your credit card account depends on your bank entity.
What should I do if the amount of my return is not correct?
Contact us as soon as possible via firstname.lastname@example.org or 93 142 45 33, and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
Reserva Natural has the right to decline returns that have been sent or communicated after the accepted period, or products that are not on the same condition.
